Jennifer Grant did an excellent job of covering our wedding.  Jennifer and her crew were at the church early and left our reception a half hour before midnight! So many people commented on how many pictures they took and how long they stayed to capture our day. It was exciting to get a sneak peak at some of our best pictures on the laptop set up at the reception.They were professional yet laid back and never seemed intrusive during the day. We had a great experience hiring Kate Linden Studios for our wedding/ceremony. Overall, they were professional and fun, on-time and delivered quality artistic pictures. A few things stood out as something I believe went above and beyond my expectations: –Both Jennifer and her husband were exceptionally nice and attentive. We really felt like we were being taken care of during the wedding and reception and had total trust in them. –The variety of pictures they took captured the whole event and weren’t just of the wedding party but of our family and friends and the scenes of the facility. –The lighting and quality of the photos were great. –They were very easily contacted using email which is great for me because I work during the day and can’t always find time to call someone at work. Jennifer Grant always responded timely to my emails. –They were very reasonably priced and believe me, I did a lot of comparison shopping. Now, you have to have some good with the bad and to be honest with you the only thing that could have gone better was the picture ordering. Pictage.com, the company they use for the enlargements and extra photos, did not process my mom’s order and we had to wait 6 weeks to get her enlargements but they were very responsive when I had trouble with the certificate number used when ordering my enlargements. My real problem was I realized I should have contacted Jennifer Grant right away but I didn’t want to bother her with what I viewed were Pictage’s mistakes. Like I said, overall, Jennifer was exceptional and I would definitely hire her again for my wedding but lucky for me I never plan to get married again. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.–Melissa & Serge
